A 3 unit site in Canning Vale

 

This was a three lot subdivision owned by a mum and dad nearing retirement who decided to develop the land, downsize their home and reduce their maintenance and land upkeep costs. The clients are now living in a new home on one of the lots, on-sell two houses built on the adjacent lots and put the return towards their retirement. We have successfully carried out all their requests, assisting in every aspect of the process and leaving the clients extremely happy.
