Managing Director, Craig Gemmill puts his personal and company reputation on the line every day by ‘standing behind every home he builds.’ The Gemmill Homes philosophy is to strive for perfection and then for continual improvement. My Home Progress Watcher

My Home is a personalised online communication hub with updates, images and information throughout the home building journey. Plus every Gemmill Homes client receives a free iPad to they can track the progress of their new home through My Home.

Once you become a committed Gemmill Homes customer, you will be given a personalised username and password to gain access to the My Home page on this site.

My Home is a unique online service which allows you to track the progress of your new home’s construction and report your level of customer satisfaction. There is a feature called Customer Service Ticketing which ensures that we respond to any enquiries in a timely manner and allows you to keep a check on all correspondence between yourself and your Gemmill Homes consultant or site manager.

You can request a 6 month maintenance check on your new home or report any maintenance issues that you’re not happy with. Plus, you can be rewarded with up to $1,000 cash for recommending someone who then becomes a Gemmill Homes customer.

My Home allows every Gemmill Homes customer to track the progress of their home from the tip of their finger.

Interior Design Service

We’ve teamed up exclusively with an Interior Designer, to help you turn your dream home décor into a reality. The interior designers are available to assist you with colour selections and tiles selections for your new home.

Our Interior Designers offer a range of services from our ‘one on one’ colour selection meetings for residential home buyers, to the complete interior design of multi-level unit developments. We also provide interior fit out and furniture hire services to display home builders.

Our personalised colour selection service is exclusive to the Gemmill Homes Group and is offered to all clients who purchase a Gemmill home. Working with our clients to help them achieve the best possible result for their new home is the part of our work that we enjoy the most. Our design team remove some of the stress of the building process by assisting in the selection of all colours, texture and finishes for the home, inside and out.

Each house is a man-made product, built by human hands with skill and knowledge that is continually improving and adapting. Every new home is covered by statutory warranties, manufacturer warranties and legislation and every home built by Gemmill Homes is also covered by our commitment to customer service.

In addition to our 25 Year Structural Warranty, we also have a dedicated after-sales service team to assist with home maintenance. A home is a living, breathing entity which is built with hundreds, even thousands, of components, and needs care so it can withstand daily wear and tear, natural fluctuations in temperature inside and out, and normal changes over time. Here at Gemmill we ‘stand behind’ our after-sales service commitment to you.


Construction DVD

Every Gemmill Homes client receives a copy of our free Construction DVD. This easy to understand and informative DVD is narrated by Craig Gemmill. Sit down and explore each stage of the construction journey from start to finish.

Did you know it takes more than 15,000 bricks, 150 bags of cement and 40 cubes of sand to build the “average” four bedroom, two bathroom home? And did you know there are different types, sizes and finishes of bricks available as well?

Each home we build is unique and designed suit to your needs and wants. The construction process is complex with many trades and professions working together efficiently to construct your new home. In our construction DVD, Craig Gemmill explains each of the different stages of construction and how your home transforms from earthworks to completion. There are over 20 main milestone points during construction including Slab, Bricks, Plate Height, Lock-up, Tiling, Plumbing and Practical Completion.
