We’ll come to you to assess your land and hear your ideas and project goals. If needed, we can arrange a site survey and engineers report too for a small fee.
Our designers will come up with an initial sketch of your project, which is matched to your goals and the local market demographic.
When you’re ready we’ll sign a Preparation of Plans Agreement with you. You’ll need to pay a small fee, but this will be taken off the final value when we complete the Building Contract.
We’ll submit the plans on your behalf to your local authority if you require development approval.
Once we have approval we’ll complete your working drawings and finalise your building contract – we’ll show you exactly what’s involved and explain what happens next.
We’ll apply for a building permit, and prepare orders for materials and labour.
You’ll meet with one of our interior designers to complete your colour selections and we’ll finalise all of your paperwork.
Our experienced Site Managers will take care of the build on site from start to finish, giving you complete peace of mind.
We’ll let you know when it’s time to meet us on site for a final inspection, then we’ll hand you the keys to your new homes.
